LEARN MORE ABOUT THE 2024 RETHINK CHANGE CONFERENCE

We opened the challenge of Rethinking Change to our presenters and the quality of thought and ideas will challenge all our assumptions, paradigms, mindset and approach to change.

Join us for 2 days to learn and explore new ideas, tools and conversations on how to lead and deliver differently.

Dr Jen Frahm will kick-off with some thought provoking challenges, we also have an outstanding range of presenters and practitioners in their field sharing their expertise. We will wrap up with an impressive Panel sharing their experiences on implementing AI in their organisations - stories from the trenches.

We have 2 rooms with amazing content, designed to be immediately actionable. The main room will be live streamed* and recorded for future reference. The other room will have more interactive sessions, including some case studies.

We are also very excited to offer 2 Masterclasses that will be facilitated  by experts in their field. Topics are complex with extensive application opportunities. Group sizes are limited to ensure an engaging and interactive 3hr session

Connecting over breaks and at the end of conference drinks are a must.

2024 RETHINK CHANGE CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Join us on 16 & 17 May 2024 for the Rethink Change Conference and Pre-conference Masterclasses.

This year we are themed around Rethinking Change - we will challenge all our assumptions, paradigms, mindset and approaches to change.

We are looking forward to welcoming back some speakers from last year with a mix of new speakers.

There is something for everyone. Some topics that will we will explore include; Elevating Change, Digital, Lean change, Critical thinking, Future trends, Case Studies and so much more.
