Highlights from the Rethink Change 2024 Conference

Over 2 days we learn’t and explored new ideas, tools and conversations on how to lead and deliver differently.

On the Thursday we ran 2 outstanding Masterclasses: Pippa Hague, Organisation transformation - an enabling framework and Noa Rein, The (loud) sounds of silence - Conflict avoidance and resistance to change in a hybrid world of work

Conference day ran with 2 rooms both delivering amazing content, designed to be immediately actionable.  The main room was live streamed* and recorded for future reference.

We kicked off with Dr Jen Frahm and then wrapped up with an impressive Panel sharing their experiences on implementing AI in their organisations - with lots of magic in between!
