This is an introductory course. If you have started recently in a change management role, looking to get into change management, or just improving your change skills, this course may be for you.
Learn practical tips, techniques and tools. The course will provide some considerations on how to modify your approach when in a hybrid working environment.
In-person, two-day session in Sydney, followed-up by three online coaching sessions
Learn with a network of peers and be placed with a mentor after the coaching sessions
Class sizes are deliberately limited in size to encourage interactions and activity. Participants bring with them a change initiative that they are currently working on and develop an action plan during the program.

The Change Management Fundamentals Course is facilitated by Doug Wolfson, a Director of Rethink Change and an adjunct faculty member at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW). Previously, as a senior leader, he led the Westpac change management practice, providing leadership for over 250 change practitioners who delivered initiatives across an annual $1.5 Billion Westpac project delivery portfolio.
He is a recognised leader in the discipline of change management within Australia and one of the co-founders of the Change Management Institute, serving on the CMI board from 2005-2010.
Doug has over 25 years, hands-on change management experience working with some of Australia's most iconic brands, such as, the ABC, AMP, Anglicare, Boral, Department of Defence, Guide Dogs, Qantas, University of Sydney, Westpac, and Woolworths.
