ABOUT US RETHINK CHANGE
A number of years ago (over a glass of Shiraz) we reflected on the unique attributes of the change community:
The generosity and openness to share
The curiosity to explore and learn
The care and empathy for those impacted by change
And a commitment to those around us to do the best we can & be the best we can be
And so emerged ‘Rethink Change’.
Rethink & Reconnect 2022 (our inaugural conference) beyond our incredible presenters 2022 was energised by the idea of ‘Reconnecting’ after many years of working remotely and limited to sociailsing with family and pets.
Rethink Change 2023 was another resounding success with amazing keynotes to start and finish the day, as well as 2 Masterclasses. The small groups maximised the interaction and depth of learning’s and sharing .
Rethink Change 2024 was another challenging, engaging, and nurturing of hearts & minds! Feedback was AMAZING!
Our passion and commitment to you the change community continues to fuel us - we look forward to many more occasions to meet, greet, listen & learn!
