Cancellation Policy Rethink Change reserves the right to cancel any event up to five working days prior to the scheduled commencement date.
Should an event be cancelled, every effort will be made to provide the participant with a suitable alternative. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, the program registration fee will be refunded in full.
Cancellation of bookings received in writing at least fourteen calendar days prior to the scheduled program date will receive a refund up to 90% of the total cost, this applies to online programs as well.
Refunds Upon termination of events and request for refund, monies will be refunded to the Client within 30 days.
Any fulfilled events will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made via the method in which Rethink Change was paid.
