And so emerged ‘Rethink Change’.

    Doug has over 20 years’ experience in leading and managing change. With a commitment to the change community.

    Doug teaches change courses at UNSW and is one of the co-founders of the CMI.

  • Conference Co-Chair, Change Director and Lead

    Janine has extensive experience partnering with business leaders and actively participating in strategic and operational projects and conversations.

    She is passionate about learning , sharing and community.
